   Currently under construction, the Hiyaground Sound Web site is an ambitious project for Rebel Capitol Designs. Blake DiDonato of the Philly band Hiyaground wanted a site that will provide his fans and web surfers a multimedia gallery of pictures, sounds and video. Using Macromedia Flash technology, Rebel Capitol Designs will be providing him the solutions he needs for an engaging and exciting experience online.
